Royal Vision has a good service. They welcome you very well from the moment you enter. They have very good hospitality and customer service. A very clean and tidy clinic. I feel very satisfied with their service. I loved the technicians and their explanation of my health condition and my eyesight. And the help in choosing my lenses. Thank you all. Nothing but great things to say - starting from the receptionist, medical assistant, doctor, to the frame staff. Very clean and amazing selection of frames. Opt for the $40 eye pics instead of dilation! And book your apt sooner than later because they fill up fast. Thank You !!

I have been a patient of Dr Perrino for over 10 years. He is wonderful ! He takes great care of his patients. His staff is amazing and wonderful too! From the time you enter until you leave they are awesome office staff !

Went in on a walk in visit today. I was very impressed with how kind and professional the staff is. It didn't take a long time to be seen. Dr. Perrino is very kind and compassionate, also skilled and knowledgeable in his profession.

I came in the Downtown New Haven location because I needed a screw replacement. There was a heavy set Hispanic employee that was coughing nonstop without a face mask. To make matters worse she was at the front desk. Once she finally stopped coughing she acted as if I wasn’t standing in front of her. She continued to text and browse on her phone. Finally, a younger Spanish woman saw me standing there and helped me. She directed me to optical. The ONLY reason I gave 5 stars is because the optical staff were amazing!!! They fixed my glasses and even changed my nose pads without me asking. The hiring manager needs to hire a more professional front desk staff. At least one that is attentive and cares about the safety & passing germs to customers.

Dr. Perrino is the best. I always receive the most thorough eye examination when I go there. He has the up to date equipment to give the best service possible. I wouldn't go anywhere else.

I was traveling to Yale and forgot to pack my contacts. Owner and staff at this place were so friendly and helpful; they found the right prescription for me and help me survive my weekend without charging me anything. I’m truly grateful and appreciative of their help!
